Why they chose this property
Our property is exceptionally clean. Newly updated and very secure. We keep our property as if we or our family lived there. Not "just a rental". We have equipped the townhome with all you will need to start your home away from home AND RELAX. We can offer cleaning service as many times as you like, once a week etc. for any length of stay if you wish for an additional fee.
What makes this property unique
Our property is exceptionally convenient to all the best the area has to offer in a very private, and peaceful setting, yet minutes to the hustle and bustle of Daytona and beyond. We have a designated "Private beach access/walkway for the FV community Only". You can also access the famous drive on portion of Daytona beach 0.1 mile to your right. Multiple great surf breaks all along this stretch of the beach line. Our beaches are quiet and peaceful not the Daytona crowded beaches. Ponce is very safe and well patrolled by our local Ponce police. We have many restaurants with music and outdoor seating all with in a mile or two.
