It has 3 awesome bedrooms:

The master bedroom has a King Bed, a private walk-in closet, and a fully remodeled bathroom, with shower, bathtub and two floating sinks that brings the modern look and personal space for couples .

Middle bedroom has 2 full size beds and a shared bathroom with shower bath.

Third bedroom has 2 twin size beds for extra guests and access to the shared bathroom of the second room.

And a extra half bathroom on the living room.

We have a tv room where our guest can relax and enjoy a night movie time, and relax from the agitated days.

And our beautiful backyard, where you can find a Lord Ganesha Fountain to have some meditation and relax time, or have a good time with our new addition of patio lights all around perfect for every special occasion and outdoor furniture to enjoy the fresh air or a family dinner.

House Rules:
- All the guests in the reservation have to provide their ID before check-in date, and every kid must be notified.
- 21 years and older guest are allowed, younger than 21 must be accompanied with their parent or verified guardian.
- We won't accept the check-in, where kids were not mentioned at the time of reservation.
- Check-in is after 5:00 pm.
-Check-out is before 09:00 am.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed.
- Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the quiet hours, beginning at 9 pm, at all other times, we ask that
you keep it at a reasonable level.
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Please lock Windows and doors before leaving the premises.
- Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the
security deposit.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please don’t use candles and if you do, be careful.
- Please do your dishes.
- Please take the trash out before you leave.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- RV's, Trucks, Limousines or Any Car bigger than the Driveway length are not allowed to spend the night in the Driveway or the street.
- Prohibited to use the house power for external proposes (electric cars, RVs or any other)
- Prohibited to use the house water for external proposes (pools, carwash, refill RVs or any other)
- Prohibited to receive packages at the property.

Cleaning and maintenance:

- The premises should be maintained in clean conditions, you have to pay for
damages that exceed the security deposit.
- Avoid spills on the wood floor.
- Don’t clean the Wood floor with bleach or any kind of products.
- Inside the laundry area is the special mop for the wood floor.
