NICE ARE POOR REPAIR AND CLEANLINESS

FROM DAY ONE THE ENTRY LIGHT SWITCH WAS DEFECTIVE. THE STEEL SECURITY DOOR LOCK DID NOT WORK, THEY FIXED AFTER OUR COMPLAINT. THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR FRAME WAS LOOSE!! THEY DID NOT FIX IT. THE DEADBOLT LOCK DID NOT LATCH. COMPLAINED BUT STILL WAS NOT FIXED. THE MATTRESS WAS SEVERELY STAINED!!! DIRTY!!. THE PILLOWS WERE STAINED!! FOUND OVER THE COURSE OF OUR STAY ARGE COCROACHES (5 OF THEM). THE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN AREA DUD NOT PROVIDE COLD AIR ( DID NOT WORK). THE ICEMAKER ON THE FRIDGE DID NOT WORK. THE OUTLET FOR THE TOASTER OVEN DID NOT WIRK. THE OWNERS DID NOT GIVE US A KEY FOR THE FRONT ENTRY FROM THE MARINA TO THE COURTYARD. WE HAD TO JIMMY THE LOCK TO ENTER AND EXIT.THE HOT WATER FOR THE MASTER BATHROOM DID NOT PROVIDE HOT WATER . THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM AFTER OUR COMPLAINT. NICE LOCATION BUT POOR REPAIR WORK.!!

Was okay, could be better

Overall the stay was pleasant and the space was as described, however it could use a real deep clean. We found mold in the coffee machine and were put off by it but otherwise it was fine. Could use some upgrades regarding the bathrooms, AC, and kitchen appliances. Wi-fi was okay but slow if there are more than a few devices connected to it. Condo staff were rude at times, we tried not to interact with them if we could help it. However, the location is great and the pool is a lot of fun.

Un clean and outdated

To start, the bed sheets and pillows were dirty and smelled when we first arrived. My wife and mom has to wash all of the linens because of how bad they smelled. A few towels were wet when we first checked in and in both of the main bathrooms you can tell that someone had just showered. The shower head in the main bathroom broke. There were little red ant all of the kitchen. The pool was disgusting! There was layers of brown and green stuff around all of the inside edge of the pool and the water itself was disgusting, so much so that you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool from how bad the water was. On our third day the elevator broke, which wouldn’t be as bad of a thing but our room was on the sixth floor! For sure this place needs a major cleaning and major renovation as many smaller things that I couldn’t list were either outdated or broken.

Exelente lugar

El lugar donde está situado es muy cómodo y cerca de la zona dorada, la vista en el balcón es muy agradable y la comunicación con el propietario siempre fue muy clara y en tiempo, he visto muchos malos comentarios en esta app pero a mí me fue de maravilla.

Very smooth process

Everything went very smooth, it was a nice 3 bedroom 3 bathroom with beautiful views of the marina 10/10 would stay here again. Golden zone was also a quick car ride away!
