Amplio y comodo estudio

Amplio estudio con lo esencial para una estadía larga o corta, sofá cama cómoda, la calefacción funciona bien, balcón amplio refrigerador grande, el edificio cuenta con ascensor. Si no fuera por la mala limpieza del baño, tema que se puede mejorar, volveria

Séjour à Nice

L'appartement offre une très belle vue, mais il présente de nombreux inconvénients. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu'il n'était pas propre, avec de la poussière partout. Nous avons passé notre temps à faire le ménage et avons dû lancer une machine pour laver les draps, les housses d'oreillers et la couette. Les poêles étaient abîmés et ne sont pas du tout utilisables. De plus, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas correctement. Nous avons signalé tous ces problèmes à la responsable, qui nous a demandé de les transmettre directement à la propriétaire. Cela nous a mis dans une boucle sans fin entre les deux, sans qu’aucune solution concrète ne soit apportée. En cuisine, malgré nos achats pour préparer les repas, il nous manquait du matériel essentiel.( Poeles et les casseroles )Résultat : nous avons dû manger à l'extérieur tout le temps. En prime, la douche a aussi besoin de réparations, car l'eau fuit partout après utilisation. Après tout cela, on nous demande encore de déposer une caution de 400 euros. L'appartement n'est pas à la hauteur en termes de matériel : en plus, la plaque est une plaque à induction, mais la casserole présente dans l'appartement n'est pas compatible, donc inutilisable. Pour les points positifs, l'appartement est proche du tram, de la gare et de la plage.
