A new addition to Michelle and Gary Lawrence’s property is a beautiful and funky fully furnished cottage, which sleeps 2. It is ideally situated in the scenic and peaceful suburb of West Beach, close to the breathtaking Bloubergstrand Beach, which has incredible views of Table Mountain. Located nearby are shopping centres, restaurants, coffee shops and plenty entertainment destinations for all!

The ground floor comprises of an open plan living area which includes a comfortable couch while you relax and watch television, overlooking the dining room and a modern style kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in cupboards, fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave.

The bedroom upstairs includes a double bed with hanging closet space and an en-suite bathroom.

The cottage is situated in a secure complex with a parking space.
