This spectacular baby/toddler-friendly Disney area home in a gated community is carefully cleaned, professionally sanitized and freshly laundered before your arrival.
This recently updated beautifully furnished Condo will let you enjoy fully equipped kitchen, bright and open living room with soaring vaulted ceilings & fans, and a deck off the Master’s.
What you will find: Wi-fi, 3 TV’s, PS4 Gaming station, Books, Board Games, DVD Player with some movies to keep you entertained indoors. For Coffee lovers - Keurig, French Press, Coffee Pots - regular and for Turkish coffee; Office Desk & Chair in a Master’s Suit, Washer & Dryer.
There is always something here to keep you, kids and babies busy when you are not at the parks all day.
The 2nd story condo is in a quiet community right by the Gate, with lots of amenities: Two Outdoor Pools heated all year round with two hot tubs to enjoy after a long day in the Parks, picnic areas and sandy playground for quality family time the days you’ll take a break from all the adventures in the area; tennis court and indoor fitness center for active ones.

No formal check-in process! You will get the code for the main Gate and the door. Just let yourselves in, and enjoy!!

For yours and future guests’ comfort smoking is not allowed and no pets inside the house. Linens and towels, including pool towels, are provided for your convenience.

Great value for money

Pleasantly surprised as this was our first Stayz or VRBO. We attended a conference at the Gaylord Orlando and it was a 15-20 minute ride. The location is great for Disney World as well. I would say bring your own soap and towles.

Cllose to Disney!

The property was close to Disney. The beds were comfortable, except the full over full bunk beds. They were very squeaky when you rolled over or had any movement in the bed, which did not make my son very happy. I’m not sure what the fix would be, maybe a better quality piece of furniture. The home owner was easy to deal with and stated she would address the issues we had during our stay.

- King size bed in the master bedroom , Enjoy a cup of coffee/tea on a covered deck accessible from the Master suit while everyone is asleep.
- Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom
- Full over Full Bunk with a Twin trundle bed - in the 3rd bedroom, sleeping 5 people.

This recently updated beautifully furnished Condo has everything you would need if travelling with kids, including babies/toddlers - Baby Corner Guards & Outlet Covers, Pack & Play, Baby Gates, Boppy Lounger, Nursing Pillow, Newborn to Toddler Bath Tub, Bottle Warmer, Bouncer, Booster Chair, Potty Seat, Toys, Books (all cleaned and sanitized).
As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop, mostly individually wrapped/packaged for your safety - sanitizer, wipes, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, shower gel, toothbrush and shaving kit, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, liquid dish soap with a sponge, dishwasher detergent for a couple of loads, etc.
