About this property

The property is a modern two story building, with both bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper floor equipped with air condition units and overhead fans in each room. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a small fridge to keep your water cool for your convenience.
The ground floor is nicely laid out with living dinning, and kitchen areas occupying a large open space on the ground floor. It has a roof fan, other portable fans, a settee that opens up into a double bed if need arises for an additional bed to accommodate a larger family. The kitchen has refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, utensils including pots and other post modern gadgets for comfortable living.
The ground floor, also includes an enclosed back porch with a settee for relaxing during a quite moment that can comfortably seat 3 and a laundry area with washer and dryer.
The rear of the building is enclosed, with a small garden and a green area with chairs for the comfort of guests to sit relax and enjoy the outside air in a safe area. There is also a clothes line for those who like to sun drip dry their clothes.
