About this property

Welcome to the sweet and cozy Evergreen A-Frame, located in the heart of Munds Park on beautiful and sought-after Mescalero Drive. Our beloved cabin sits on a spacious lot covered in pine trees with a large front yard with plenty of parking, space for corn hole, hammocking, camp fires, and more.

The downstairs has bedroom #1 with a queen size bed and a tv to enjoy nightly Netflix. Just off the bedroom is a full bathroom with shower. The laundry room has brand new butcher block counters with a stainless steel washer and dryer and beverage chiller leading to the back deck. The kitchen and eating nook are perfect for a pancake breakfast or dinner celebration. The living room is set up to host the whole gang with a large sectional couch, recliner, futon couch and a tv set up perfectly for family movie night.

The upstairs loft can sleep 6 with another queen bed, a bunk bed with a twin and full mattress, and a twin trundle bed. The upstairs also has a spacious and sunny bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The Evergreen Cabin has a wrap around wood deck on three sides- a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. In the back, the propane grill and propane flat-top griddle are ready for your use with outdoor dinning for you to entertain.

If you are looking to venture out for a bite to eat or a cold drink, there are several locally owned shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Kota Coffee, Borracho Mexican Saloon, Martino’s Italian Restaurant and Lounge, and Agee’s Barbecue Market are within walking distance of the cabin.

If you want to take a moment in nature, there are many beautiful trails for a nice stroll through the trees or a challenging hike up the mountain.

4th of July weekend with friends

The host was very sweet let us in alittle early as we arrived so we could put baby down we vrooms a lot and this cabin was fully stocked very comfy beds and really nice towels and washer dryer if needed would recommend great deck and has lots of fans if needed inside and dishes 😀😀

Beautiful A-frame home in the woods, easy access to I-17, Flagstaff & Sedona

Our family loved the "triangle house." The deck is beautiful and you can watch the setting sun through the trees. Jordan is a very responsive host and was extremely helpful. Sedona is about a 45-minute drive away so we were able to do a day trip. Plan ahead for food because restaurant options in Munds Park are limited, especially on weekdays. Thank you, Jordan!
