Perfect Summertime Condo, Beach, Pool - BRAND NEW!

Beachy Chic now fully renovated (October 2023), 3 bedroom (4 beds), decorated with a Beachy boho chic vibe, warm neutral colors. Covered balcony that has Intercoastal and Gulf views and is the perfect place to view the amazing evening sunsets. Your vacation condo is located in The Intercoastal complex of Indian Shores and is just a short walk to our white sandy beach.

Full open kitchen, upgraded appliances, dining table, living room with built in electric fireplace. Queen bed in guest bedroom, walk-in shower. King bed in master bedroom with an ensuite bathtub/shower. Third bedroom is an open loft floor plan includes a sitting area, with Roku TV. Your condo is equipped with all of your beach needs: beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and of course, Sunrises and Sunsets!

The Intercoastal complex has an outdoor heated swimming pool, outdoor shower and a BBQ grill available. Convenient parking below your unit with walk-up 2 flights enclosed stairs to 2nd floor. No elevator. Will consider pets under 25 lbs. with responsible pet owners, inquire with rental management company. Smoking (of any kind) is not allowed inside this vacation rental nor on the balcony. Maximum occupancy is set at 8 people per building code.

Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach. Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Neighboring towns of Indian Shores are Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island also provide so much to see and do while visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida.

The Tampa-St. Pete areas are known as a major sports hub, attend a football game at the Tampa Buccaneers - Raymond James Stadium or take in a ball game in downtown St. Pete where the Tampa Bay Rays, MLB play.

Home away from home

Beautiful condo on the inter-coastal. Gorgeous finishes in this renovated home away from home. All the amenities you would expect and more. Easy walk to the beautiful sand beach. The location is perfect, highly recommend.

Unpleasant experience

This unit need a urgent UPGRADE, Furniture and installations are old, T.Vs too. BE AWARE 3 big group of stairs if make so difficult with your luggage especial for person with mobility impaired like my son or my parents. And we saw a cockroach.

Great week

We had a great week! We had everything we needed. A couple of pans need to be replaced but that’s just from normal wear and tear. The walk to the beach is short and easy. There are 2 flights of stairs to the unit, but caused us no problems (and I can always use the exercise - ha). We left our beach chairs, canopy, etc.. in the back of our van and just pulled them out on the way to the beach. The only challenge we really had was keeping the unit cool. The downstairs is manageable, but the loft stays very warm. This small, quiet part of the Gulf is the reason we come back every chance we get. Thank you for a great week!
