Dells family vacation

Pleasantly surprised with this two bedroom, one bath cabin. It is a private cabin with lots of kitchenware, plenty of towels and amenities on site. The owner was great and responsive; the property management group found this location us after neglecting to find out our other cabin reservation had been canceled by that owner. We were lucky to find this cabin, however, very disappointed in the property management group for how they handled our previous reservation. This does not have anything to do with this owner or her cabin, it was amazing! The property management group dropped the ball with a different owner and did not realize my reservation had been canceled until I called to check on it 2 1/2 days in advance. So if you book through this property management group, be sure to check on your reservation as they will only check on it 48 hours in advance to see if it has been canceled.
