The flat is located in Northern Cyprus, Esentepe area.

This cozy cliff side Penthouse is on a well maintained site and is popular for honeymoon, family holidays and a calm resting time in N. Cyprus. The penthouse is 150m to the beach via a private stairs. Shared pool, mini market, bar and gym on site, a restaurant will be opened soon in Summer 2022.

Site near picturesque Esentepe, situated in the countryside only 55 minutes from Larnaca Airport and 35 minutes from Ercan airport.

It is also only 10 mins drive to the 18 holes Golf Course (Korineum Golf and Spa) if you enjoy a session golf. There are also plenty of scuba diving school mins away!

The space:
On the calm cliff side of the site with nice walking distance to the shared pool. A very nicely decorated terrace where you can enjoy a peaceful holiday with the mediterranean sea at your feet!
Guest access:
Shared pool, gym on site, bar and mini market. To explore the area and all touristic sites on the island it is best to have a rental car. There are parking space on site.

Other things to note:
Cyprus is an island with 300 days of sunlight and good weather. You will enjoy a restful holiday and the beautiful warm ocean.

A frequent traveller who prefers a little more space and self-catering. So I have prepared this flat for someone like me - who wants to stay healthy with home-made simple meals while enjoying the world, the beach, and the sun!

Why they chose this property

This property is located on a very special part of the world - the dispute on the island, in my opinion, adds charm to the place. The northern part of Cyprus is so very untouched, unpolluted and unspoiled for this reason. life on the Island is peaceful, no heavy capitalism vibe which is what I find cozy.

What makes this property unique

You will wake up in front of a sunny ocean nearly 85% chance of every morning as the Island only has about 50 days of rain and mostly in winter time. Otherwise the sun is up all year round, with beautiful and lay-back atmosphere on the island. You can enjoy the newly opened Varosha area to experience this "back to the future" mood which is very special. There is almost no international giants like Starbucks or Mcdonald's (only very sparringly Burgerking) - So you can enjoy some more authentic local cuisines, enjoy the pubs and bars and enjoy a chat with locals instead of being hooked with your phone / the outside world for a moment (although internet connection is quite good).
