Discover this beautiful 65m² apartment, bright and elegantly decorated, ideally located for your city stay. The apartment is located on the 8th floor, accessible by elevator.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open and welcoming space, perfect for relaxing after exploring.

The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa and a table for four.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso machine (Vertuo pods). The apartment also offers a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The main bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, and the second has a single bed. Both beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The 7th arrondissement, between the Rhône (to the west), the Cours Gambetta to the north, the 8th arrondissement to the east and the commune of Saint-Fons to the south. It’s the largest district in Lyon. It is located on an almost flat territory, the alluvial plain of the Rhône. There are some universities, the Cité Scolaire Internationale, the Halle Tony Garnier, where there are many fairs and concerts, and the Parc de Gerland. The banks of the Rhône offer a very pleasant walk where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet night and day!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Stade de Gerland (line B), is just a 12-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
