Fully furnished. Open concept on 1st floor has a large kitchen open to a dining room with a table and chairs with a half wall that separates the living room from the dining room.
1/2 bath on first floor. large deck with grill out back.
2nd floor has 3 Bedrooms and a full bath. Big bedroom has a large closet that goes the length of the room and a full size bed. 2 smaller bedrooms have a bunk bed in each with a twin over full bed.

Cozy & Comfortable

This was our first VRBO stay and we enjoyed our time in Ossipee. The house was cozy and comfortable. Before we arrived for our stay Dan upgraded the full size mattress to a queen and it was really VERY comfortable! The area the house was in was nice and quiet and great to walk our dogs. There was a small shopping plaza with a grocery store, pizza shop, liquor store and thrift shop within walking distance. The Wi-Fi was great… super fast. The kitchen was a nice size and I was able to do a lot of cooking and baking for the holidays. I also loved that there were 2 bathrooms. A few things that would have made our long term stay (2 months) a little better would have been a small dresser so we didn’t have to live out of a suitcase for that long. (There was lots of closet space for hanging things but not a place for socks , underwear, t-shirts etc.) Also, a nightstand on both sides of the bed (there was one). A few more cupboards or areas that were for our (guest) use that didn’t have owner belongings in. That being said, we had a nice stay. Any issues that arose or things we had questions about Dan was quick to respond with an answer or solution.

Extended stay

We really enjoyed our extended stay here this winter. We had plenty of room and we enjoyed being in a country setting but still close to a grocery store and route 16 restaurants. Our host was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions.
