The apartment consists of:

Hall, connected sitting room and dining room with direct access to private garden, master bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with extendable sofa bed for two people, combined office walk-in closet, combined toilet and bathroom with shower, kitchen.

The apartment has the following facilities:

Wifi, TV with international channels, dishwasher, washing machine.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a building with a lift.
Parking is easy in the area, but not for free.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Very modern. It took us three days to figure out how the stove top worked. Missed having a microwave. Kettle was fast for morning tea. Liked the garden on the few days it didn't rain. Good location. Missed having at least one English speaking tv channel. Liked having a freezer and a large refrigerator. Didn't use the dishwasher or washing machine. Also I seem to remember we had a security deposit. Is that true and how is it returned to us? We would stay there again. Respectfully, Bill Ureda

What a very convenient location; loved the unit, with a beautiful hedged lawn right out back. I esp. enjoyed walking through the nice residential neighborhood just in back of the apartments. AIC were on top of everything. I'd book this apartment again; I'll especially use AIC again, and refer people to this company.

Convenient and lovely apartment

We enjoyed our week's stay in this lovely apartment. It was very spacious for the two of us and very convenient to transportation to the center city. Would recommend the apartment for a couple. Well furnished, lots of light and a lovely garden.

This apartment is well appointed and lovely. The art work was interesting and enjoyable. My husband and I resided there and there was plenty of room for us A small second bedroom would be suitable for a child. The first floor apartment and connecting garden is convenient, but there is foot traffic on the outside walkways. Never a problem for us, but a renter should be aware if that would pose a privacy issue. There is a dressing room with lots of storage space, but one must walk through the dining area from the bedroom to access. I would recommend one amenity, a hair dryer, otherwise, everything else in the bath and kitchen was in good supply. Also a better description of recycling would be helpful. We couldn't find a bin for glass. Fredericksberg is a lovely respite from the City. Transportation was very convenient with easy access to Copenhagen, the metro and the S trains. Thank you for sharing you home.

Excellent apartment. Very good location, well conected by bus and train. Equiped with all the facilities you need to stay confortable. Decorated with nordic design and arts paintings. The garden is marvellous and in general the apartement has an excellent luminosity.

Lovely, large, and convenient

This is an easy choice for 2 people, and 3 works easy enough, as the apartment has lots of space, but only one shower/bathroom. There's a useful garden just outside the door, with a perfect table for morning breakfast, or evening wine recap of the day. And It's real convenient to the main parts of the city, with a bike or a bus, or walking. The style is spare and cool. Hygge? And, Copenhagen is such a great city. Winner.

Fabulous, clean, spacious apartment

The property was spacious and clean. It was well furnished and we enjoyed the garden space. Small grumble was it is not close to the metro more a 10 min walk which is a long walk after completing the Ironman! The area is great with lovely restaurants nearby. The metro was easy to use to get about the lovely city of Copenhagen.
