Living Room also includes a large sofa and Queen Airbed if needed. One Full Bath with a Heated Jacuzzi Hot Tub... Washer/Dryer in Basement... Outdoor area includes a huge fenced-in yard for pets along with a new Picnic Table and Tiki Umbrella, a Weber Gas Grill, and plenty of chairs and smaller tables for dining... Also includes a large Outdoor Shower, a Toolshed for safe storage, a Patio / Deck, and a Playscape / Swingset for younger children, plus a large stained concrete 3-car driveway. Comes with all the amenities of a Private Beach Club - a spacious Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, full Basketball Court, boating, and our famous Black Point Grocery Market. Only a 5-minute drive to downtown Niantic with all sorts of quaint shops, bars, and restaurants. Cottage by the ocean

This was such a cute place. We visited in spring where everything is just start to bloom the yard was fenced in so great for dogs, with a cute play place for kids. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We walked several of the streets and meet a few friendly neighbors. The host was fantastic checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, Air with lots of windows and light. We spent time playing board games and reconnect. Definitely would come the area again and stay here.

Quick get away

Very nice house and location. Loved the decor especially the bubble nightlights. The host was easy to reach and the neighborhood was perfect for walking our dog. The beds could use a little updating but, otherwise, it was a perfect weekend. Highly recommend.

Home is very cozy, cute, clean. Heated well in winter. Nice yard outside for dog. Exactly as described. Lots (lots) of lights...owner very much enjoys lighting their home. Enjoyable stay...

This Beach Cottage is completely refurnished and extremely clean... Very pet friendly that includes a huge fenced-in yard so that your pets can roam free and play just as nature intended... A beautiful back and front lawn with no toxic addititives - all organic... Also includes a Swingset/Playscape for children as well as a brand new Weber Gas Grill, Picnic Table/Tiki Umbrella, and a Firepit for outdoor dining.

What makes this property unique

Our neighborhood is very safe, peaceful, and beautiful... You are right down the road from three beaches... My favorite part is the BlackPoint Market run by a local family... It is only two blocks away with excellent grocery selection, penny candy, neat toys and trinkets for the kids, lots of beach souveneirs - along with an amazing deli that provides only the highest quality, freshly made food for your convenience (grinders, quiches, breakfast sandwiches, ice cream, slushies, etc.)... You will absolutely love your stay at Black Point Beach Club.
