The apartment has a balcony with views of the Cap Coudalère marina.
It includes a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and the living room opens onto the balcony.

An aquatic area with 2 pools, a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-biking during the summer season and finally a playground for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from April to October, it is free for all our tenants upon presentation of a bracelet which will be given to you upon your arrival.
Different sports fields: multi-sport field, basketball, tennis courts, pétanque courts as well as a half grass football field.
