Close to Pillars Boat Launch on the Kenai River (4 miles) and the Kenai Golf Course (1 mile). Tastefully appointed with pillow top beds, luxurious sheets, large table, gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill, the entire home (1918 sf) and outdoor space are yours. The home is situated in 3 acres but in town and close to everything. Explore the area, roast s'mores in the outdoor fire pit or cuddle up inside your peaceful oasis, aptly named “Kenai Away.”

I hope Kenai Away will be a respite and a retreat. A place to recharge, and a place from which to launch. We have prepared it just for you! Enjoy your stay.
Why they chose this property
This woodsy custom home will make you want to stay a while! Downstairs is the custom kitchen, dining area, living area, separate chest freezer for your catch, TV w Roku, and laundry. Upstairs are three bedrooms plus a bonus area with extra space to work, relax, or let the children spread out. The home was custom built by its original owner and he spared no detail with beautiful touches from the windows to the woodwork.
What makes this property unique
You will feel like you are in your own playground - with outdoor fire pit and space to breath. Just 2.5 miles from the Kenai airport, and within a mile from Kenai's shops, cafes, golf course and trails. Also within a five to ten minute drive are the beaches and Kenai River. This street is adjacent to the "Unity Trail" - the bike trail makes a 22 mile loop between Kenai and Soldotna.
