The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the two guest rooms have comfy queen-sized beds.

Whether you're preparing meals in the outdoor kitchen or enjoying the seamless flow of the open floor plan indoors, hosting gatherings becomes a breeze. Revel in breathtaking views of Mauna Kea from the dual lanais, which showcase the lush green golf course and distinctive lava rock formations. The unit comes equipped with all your beach essentials including beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella.

Building D is further north on the property, offering a quieter and wind-protected location.  Close proximity to a private black sand beach (5-minute walk), restaurants, and trails ensures that this location is conveniently situated for a myriad of activities catering to all types of travelers.

***PLEASE NOTE: The association will be shutting the pool down from May 1 - May 31 to do needed maintenance.

Cancellation Policy: Noted here as this is not able to be customized on third-party booking sites

If the Reservation is canceled at least 30 or more days before the reservation check-in date, the Guest will be refunded 97% of the initial deposit amount. Cancellations of less than 30 days will result in a 100% loss of all payments. This loss can be avoided if the cancelation waiver was purchased through Rental Guardian or a Travel Insurance provider of the Guest's choice. Aloha Kona Vacation Rentals does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, hurricane conditions, power outages, tsunamis, lava eruptions, or brush fires.

Great Mauna Lani stay
This is a lovely condo in a great location with access to all the amenities the Mauna Lani resort offers. It is in a gated neighborhood, and as guests we were given access to the Resident's Beach and parking lot. Most times we walked to the beach (1.2 miles) along the wide shoulders of the road, which we felt earned our oceanside naps! Napua Restaurant at the beach was available for take-out lunches which we enjoyed at our beach chairs. We also enjoyed a lovely sunset dinner at Napua. We enjoyed several rounds of golf, and especially the 9-hole par-3 wiki golf course. The condo is well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the barbecue grill and dining on the lanai. The only thing we did not enjoy was the sofa in the living room -- the sofa cushions seemed to be mis-sized for the frame, and they kept sliding out of position. There were plenty of dining table chairs both indoors and out, plus chaise lounges on the lanai for comfortable relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped, and we cooked many meals. The Foodland Farms grocery store is very close by and carries a lot of high-end gourmet foods and wines as well as standard grocery items and a poke counter. Dani is a wonderful property manager. She was immediately responsive to our questions, and she made everything run very smoothly for us. We would definitely book this property again in the future, and we recommend it as an affordable option for staying on the Mauna Lani resort.

Very relaxing
Condo is very well suited for a relaxing time. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and abundance of towels and beach paraphernalia. Lots of space and amenities in a well maintained unit.

Lovely Unit
We had a lovely stay. It is well supplied with everything we needed, lots of cooking essentials, beach gear, extra pillows and linens. The view was gorgeous and the location was really convenient to the Waikoloa and Mauna Lani shopping and restaurants. The only suggestion I have is some mattress pads. The mattresses were new, but could use a little cushioning. Would definitely book again.
