L'Hort Verd is a country house renovated in vintage style, conveniently located in the center of the island just 800 m from Sencelles, the place is easily accessible on foot. The small, pretty little town of Biniali is only 4 km away, the next largest city Inca with restaurants, boutiques, shops also called the leather town is 10 km away and the port city of Palma with its 'countless' shopping and cultural offerings can be reached in just 20 minutes by car to reach. The landscape near the house is dominated by the wine fields of some of the most important wineries on the island.

The "L'Hort Verd" country house, renovated and decorated in vintage style, translates to the green garden, is beautifully and quietly situated in the middle of a 40,000 m2 property. Like an oasis, the country house is surrounded by a garden with typical plants and trees in the heart of the rural property.

The spacious terraces offer natural shade, but also shade-giving sun protection is available, both in the pool area, as well as in the relax or dining area. In the middle of the garden is the 9 x 9 m pool with deck chairs. The terraces are fully equipped with outdoor furniture.

The country house has air conditioning in all rooms. On the ground floor are the entrance area, the spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and seating for up to six, and the living room with a comfortable sofa. You can access the terraces from both the living area and the dining area.

Two bedrooms with one in suite bathroom are on the ground floor. Special feature: you can get into the rear bedroom via the front bedroom, ideal for families. The rear bedroom can also be accessed directly from the garden / pool area.

A staircase between the bedroom and living area leads to the upper floor. There are two further bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in a suite. The master bedroom here on the first floor is very spacious, the view from here is fantastic over the property and the rural surroundings. Also from the fourth double room above you have a wonderful view. From the upper floor, a modern footbridge led to the elevated pool. For early risers who like to take a swim in the pool after getting up, this is an incomparable sensation.

Estate - Sencelles - Surrounding places - Distance to the beach - TV - WiFi: From the country house you can walk to Sencelles, or you can be in the cute little village of Biniali in a few minutes. There are several interesting wineries in the vicinity, the landscape is characterized by extensive wine fields. Palma is only 15 to 20 minutes away, the nearest beach is in Palma, but the beaches of the north and the other island regions can also be reached in less than 30 minutes. The property offers peace and relaxation, yet the proximity to Sencelles, Inca and Palma offers the opportunity to plunge into the hustle and bustle of the island's lively city life.

Is there anything better than starting the day with a breakfast on the terrace, basking in the sun or in the shade during the day, then ending the day with a glass of wine after a refreshing shower with a cozy barbecue. The various terrace areas are perfect for this. And on one of the many mild summer nights you have the opportunity to look at the Mallorcan starry sky. A highlight of the finca 'L'Hort Verd' is the large pool embedded in this small oasis and also the exterior dining area, a kind of gazebo with a wonderfully large table for larger parties, for a typical Mediterranean meal with family and friends in this way charming authentic and rural setting.
