This great room boasts cathedral ceiling, 2 gas fireplaces, extensive balcony, and encompases a comfortable living area with flatscreen TV, dining room with seating for 8, and modern kitchen with gourmet appliances. There is also a 1/2 bath of the great room. A large hallway with several pieces of artwork and dramatic oversized door leads to the 1st bedroom suite and study. The bedroom suite has a king bed, private balcony with views, TV, and attached bath featuring a glass walled large shower. The study is perfect for working or relaxing, with a sofa, TV, console table and access to the bedroom suite bathroom.
A grand staircase rises up to the master suite, which encompasses the entire upper level of the Penthouse. Large windows greet you with an unobstructed view of the San Sophia ridge, which the king bed orients towards - wake up and enjoy the majestic mountains as the 1st thing you see! A private gas fireplace and lounge area, as well as TV, are in the bedroom.
