This spacious 3 bedroom townhouse is perfect for the big family vacation. With a huge deck over the water, and a gas grill for grilling. WiFi is strong so you can even work from home and stream your favorite shows on the 4 smart tv's in the house. The deck has table sitting with umbrella for 8 with an additional 8 chairs to move around for your liking. A swim ladder, fish cleaning station and boat fenders make your trip easier to enjoy. The Padre Island Yacht club is just one block away.

Roaches and Do The Owners Housekeeping

Roaches all over kitchen...owner brought can of spray so we had to spray for roaches and deep clean the spray before and each meal. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes on arrival and smelled like spoiled milk. Air conditioner had to be helped by fans all over the house to make it barely tolerable. NO hot water in kitchen sink... Beds are all old spring matresses so if you are a light sleeper good luck when anyone moves. Walls in twin bedroom stained all over with who knows what.

Great place!

We brought a dog so each morning and ending i walk 1 block to the dog park. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. The kitchen has plenty of different pots and pans even a muffin tin!

View is breath taking.

Spacious home and the beds were comfortable. The dock was the best. Walking out and able to go fishing from.the back door was great. Having a garage was a plus. I've visited the island for the past 6 uears and this has been one of the best homes we stayed in.
