LOCATION This house sits up on a hillside with lots of foliage providing privacy from the neighbors. The side of the house has a fenced in area for your dog! It is in a large community with swimming /boating lakes, playground, a heated outdoor pool, and indoor pool too! You will need an All wheel or 4 wheel drive to get up this driveway in the winter!

First you will walk across the little bridge and up the steps and onto the back deck which has an outdoor sectional and fire table.

HOT TUB Imagine sitting under the stars in the private hot tub! It is up and running year round for your relaxation after a long hike or day on the slopes! Bring or order some extra towels if you will be in it a lot!

KITCHEN A well equipped kitchen to cook in while chatting with you family and friends. A table for appetizers sits in between. There is a drip coffee maker, pots, pans and baking essentials and plenty of utensils. bring your favorite coffee and tea.

Off of the living room is a deck with a table and umbrella. The steps lead down into the fenced in yard surrounded by trees. There is fire pit with chairs to hang out with your friends and family.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms on the main floor:
Bedroom One: new memory foam Queen mattress
Bedroom Two: Twin over full bunk set.
Bedroom Three: Master bedroom with a KING Bed and large flat screen TV
Bedroom 4: Full sized bed and a crib
There is a small bathroom with a shower on this level too.

EMERALD LAKES
The brand new renovation of the community center with bar & grill is NOW OPEN!!

The outdoor pool is a popular attraction in the summer. The water is heated! There is a restroom building, and picnic tables located there as well.
The indoor pool is open Friday, Saturday and Sundays. 11am-7pm

There are a few lovely lakes to walk swim and read a book next to!
Our all-purpose community center is the focal point of our amenities. This facility offers a heated indoor pool, full service grill with dining area, bar, exercise facility, game/arcade room, and locker rooms complete with saunas and showers. Outside the community center, there are additional facilities which include children’s play structure, basketball court and tennis court. The center is open year-round offering recreation activities and events and hosts Bingo. See Other details to note below.

1 Day pass $15.00 per person
3 Day pass $20.00 per person
7 Day pass $ 40.00 per person

LINENS We provide blankets, comforters, pillows. You can rent fresh sanitized bed linens to be delivered from a linen service will be at your door upon arrival. It is $15.00 pp up to 5, the rest are free. Bring or order your Beach/hot tub/Pool towels. You can order extra linens and towels on the form if you like.

TRASH The bears get into any trash left outside, here in the mountains we take our trash to a fenced in area with large dumpsters with single Stream Recycling.
The Compactor on 1112 Glade Drive. The hours:
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
You can carry your trash there before you pack up for home or as many times as needed.
Trash service! if you don't want to mess with the trash, the cleaners will remove it for $50.00!

FIREWOOD There may be some there, but you may want to pick some up on the way to the house. Bundles are available at local grocery and hardware stores for about $6. and roadside stands where you can get a trunkful for about $20

Must have all well or 4 wheel drive in winter!
