Welcome to the home of your next summer vacation. This lavish, 3-bedroom cabin is nestled in the towering timbers of the Ouachita National Forest. Come here to relax, recharge, watch a movie & enjoy all the nature that Hochatown has to offer. If you want to sit back with your friends and family and enjoy the fire pit, watch the stars, & have an early morning coffee to watch the sunrise, you will love this little piece of paradise. You won't find a better spot to relax and get away from it all.

The Space:
Secluded and quiet. Great place to see the stars, wake up to crickets and birds chirping, and occasionally see a family of deer, a fox, or a raccoon heading toward the lake. Centrally located just minutes away from all the Hottest Area attractions, but far enough off the road to be surrounded by nature.

Guest Access:
You will have the whole property for your use while you are there!

Other Things to Note:
| WE HAVE SOME VERY BASIC RULES FOR THE TOWNHOME |

- Must be 25 years or older to book
- Max occupancy is 10 (including children and if you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number.)
- NO smoking
- NO drugs
- NO pets (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave the premises)
- Don't steal stuff, don't break stuff - we will find out
- Be respectful of our property and others in the neighborhood

- Check in is at 4:00 pm
- Check out is at 10:00 am (No late check out or early check in. No exceptions. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge)
- Quiet hours are 10:00pm-8:00am


| THE RED TAPE |

• There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!
• The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters.
• The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- We provide a start of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. The washer and dryer may be used if towels get dirty or wet. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Saturday 9am-9pm via VRBO Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority! All check-in and check-out is remotely!
