The really high quality + comfortable apartment for non-smokers in the upper floor of a double-storey annex of a Bäderhausstil villa, has been completely renovated. The living-dining area and the bedroom are new, as is the beautiful daylight bathroom completely new installed. The apartment, consisting of porch, bright living / dining room with beautiful kitchen (dishwasher, oven with microwave, etc.), separate bedroom with double bed, shower / WC, beautiful, with awning to be shaded balcony. For our guests there is no extra an underground parking space, wireless LAN internet access with your own computer + seasonal a beach chair on the wide Baltic beach. A bicycle storage, and coin-operated washing machines + dryer are for common use. Pets are not allowed. The Komfortappartement Stewe can with max. 4 adults are occupied. Christmas + New Year, we offer our high quality apartment on only from 7 paid nights.

Deposit: We have really high standard the luxury apartment Stewe. We therefore call on arrival a deposit of 250, - €, which will be paid back after departure and full housekeeping on a to be specified account.

Arrival and departure: The apartment is available on arrival at the latest 16 30 hours a day and is on departure to leave is to 10. 00 pm as it was found. For individual control during off-season, we are naturally open and if it works cleaning technically, the above times can be changed. Alles Super, wie beschrieben!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Lage, sehr ruhig aber trotzdem sehr nahe zum Strand! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet! Es wäre schön, wenn noch ein Wäscheständer für die Handtücher vorhanden wäre! Wenn man mit 3 Personen vom Strand kommt, weis man nicht wohin mit den nassen Sachen! Die Wohnung ist sonst sehr zum empfehlen, es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Tolle ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage

Tolle ruhige Wohnung mit Südbalkon und Markise. In gut 10 Minuten ist man am Strandkorb. Gute Ausgangslage für Radtouren ins Hinterland oder Wanderungen im Wald. Wir kommen wieder in diese Wohnung.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Uns hat die FeWo sehr gut gefallen, besonderes der TV inkl Soundanlage sind der Hammer. Die Matratzen waren wirklich gut und die Lage ist zentral, aber ruhig.
