Your Berlin Apartment is a 70m2 large, very comfortable loft conversion with a spacious living room, to the join the open dining area and spacious kitchen. At the entrance there is a cozy corner with an additional couch for cozy reading hours at the window overlooking the park. The bedroom houses a double bed and two single beds and also has plenty of room for a cot. The bathroom has a bath with shower and a washer and dryer. Pets are not allowed.

Please note that a city tax of 5% of the total travel price is due upon arrival.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Gute Betten, Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr gut, der Gastgeber kommuniziert gut und ist hilfreich. Danke!

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir haben als 4-köpfige Familie 3 Nächte dort verbracht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist prima. Neben allen möglichen Küchenutensilien gibt es auch eine Mikrowelle und eine Spülmaschine. Im Bad befinden sich zusätzlich Waschmaschine und Trockner - für längere Aufenthalte sehr sinnvoll. Die Badewanne mit Dusche ist leider in eine Dachschräge verbaut, für Menschen mit einer Körpergröße ab 170 cm nicht sehr angenehm (dies als einziger Nachteil). Die Wohnung befindet sich unter dem Dach und die Treppe ist schmal und steil, wie in Einfamilienhäusern nicht selten. Mit kleinen Kindern oder sperrigem Gepäck könnte sich der Abstieg unsicher anfühlen.
