Summary:
Enjoy a stay at this updated villa in Harbour Town! While visiting you can relax and hang out on the back patio, dine inside with your family or enjoy the local shops and restaurants. This villa is located only minutes away from the beach, golf course, lighthouse, and all that Harbour Town has to offer!

Please note we do not have guest access to the Harbour Town pool.

The Space:
This is a newly updated home with a lot of personal touches throughout.

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
You will be staying in Sea Pines. A parking pass is provided for up to 2 vehicles.
You will have NOT have access to the Harbour Town pool. There is access to the other Sea Pines amenities.

Other Things to Note:
No Pets.
No Smoking.

Fantastic Getaway

We had a great time enjoying the HHI harbor town area staying at this condo, clean, comfortable, and close to the marina and shops.

Great Location

Loved the location of the condo, easy access to the trolley, pool, tennis, golf, restaurants in Harbor Town. Condo was spacious & relaxing. Looking forward to going back again.

Hilton Head Golf Trip

The property was clean and well-maintained. It has spacious accommodations, 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen. It is also an excellent location (a short walk to the Harbour Towne Lighthouse).

The place was very clean. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was furnished and had everything needed. The location was great. We would definitely return.
