Gather with friends & family outside on your patios & social balconies before heading indoors to the Estate's dining & entertainment rooms and spacious bedroom suites.
You'll have wireless "Gig Internet" service throughout the Estate & premium cable service with "Smart TVs" in all bedrooms and living areas. Welcome to pure Appalachian beauty.

The Estate and grounds are privately yours to enjoy but our guest experience team is available by text message or voice call 24 hours a day.
Prior to your group's arrival, your individual concierge will send you details about our optional dining & catering amenities and menus including our special private bourbon tasting offerings conducted on your Estate grounds by area master distillers.
Your concierge will also discuss our optional daily housekeeping and security services and private tours of area bourbon, country music, or natural attractions in our own 14 passenger luxury excursion vans.

The View's were outstanding! The Service was great, and home is perfect for large group who want House feel, but own space! The Golf Course was unbelievable! Perfect stay!

I felt for the overall condition of property which I rated a 3 that this property is overpriced. From the outside the house is Beautiful but there are many things that need attention inside this home regarding repair and cleaning. I will say the Host was extremely helpful during the stay and specifically through the power outage we had for nearly 6hrs.

Great family getaway!
This was the perfect place for our big family to come spend a week together. The kids were able to have their own space, the hot tub was a nice bonus! We never felt like we were on top of each other. We did have a couple of issues but each time I reached out to Sheila she was on top of it! She was apologetic, prompt and super helpful. We had a great week. Thanks to everyone!

Great spot for getaway with friends who have dogs
Had a wonderful stay with our friends for a long weekend. The hot tub was a nice bonus, and the yard, view is beautiful. The house was very clean when we arrived and Sheila was highly responsive. Lots of space to spread out and we loved hanging out outside and using the grill. They had some extra folding chairs and an extra table too. We had 13 people with us so the folding chairs were enough for us! Some of the rooms do not have doors, so something to be aware of. You may also want to bring some extra towels and blankets if you’re coming with a big group.
