Convenient to shops, restaurants and neighboring Ocean City, MD. No pets please.

Comfortable house

It was as expected. A few things need attention. The drain on the upstairs central bath does not drain well. The light in the 3rd floor master closet needs to be replaced. Also a light is out in the kitchen. All minor issues. We enjoyed the house. Everything else was in working order

Awesome place for a summer vacation!!

Good: - Driving distance from Bethany Beach and Ocean City - Walking distance from Maryland Beach - A pretty cool place with a bayside view - A pretty big house with a lot of balconies - Affordable Bad: - Water heater only works for an hour, and then you have to wait for another hour - TV in all rooms except the main master room and almost nothing interresting to watch (very basic cable plans) - Old TVs (not smart TV) if you want to stream a movie for a movie night
