Welcome to our new listing at the Yotel Pad, Park city's newest place to stay. Top floor studio condo with amazing views of the surrounding mountains.

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW*
The modern built-in bunks and queen murphy bed make this studio efficient and accommodating, as you can easily tuck each bed away when you need a bit more room to spread out.

In the morning, grab your skis from the ski concierge and walk just steps up to the Red Pine Gondola and village. After a day on the slopes, the kitchenette will be just the place to whip up snacks complete with a refrigerator, two-burner electric stovetop, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster! Plus, the Italian-made furniture, quartz countertops, and tall ceilings will spoil you during your stay.

**YOTEL PAD AMENITIES**
All reservations are subject to a $35 plus tax nightly Resort Fee which provides access to a variety of amenities, including but not limited to the 24-hour front desk, hotel-wide Wi-Fi, valet parking, ski and boot valet, access to the fitness center, sauna, and pool as well as coinless laundry and the coinless game room.

When you want to venture out a bit, the Yotelpad Residences offer a fireside lounge, outdoor pool, hot tub, kids room, game room, fitness facility with a steam room, valet parking, ski valet, and 24 security. The citywide bus stop is one block behind the building, and the base of the village is two blocks away past the bus stop, approximately 240 steps to enjoy the center of the Canyons shops, and eateries.

Great Place for Park City vacation

Great comfortable place to stay while snowboarding in park city! Loved Everything about it, the place had everything you could need and great location to walk out the door and be on the ski slopes. Thanks!

Beware of hidden fees

The property and location are the only positives that I can speak of. Upon check in I was told by the front desk that they had no information regarding my reservation. I tried calling the property manager “park city host” but got no answer. After waiting around in the lobby for a call back, I decided to send a text message, which they did respond to. After some back and forth with the front desk and the property manager I was finally able to check in. During the check in process the front desk notified me that I had to pay a $39 per night amenity fee, that was not optional. All of the communication that I had with park city host up to this point had emphasized that the amenity fee was optional, and would only be charged if I choose to use the listed amenities. I’ve contacted park city host about the issue and after some time they finally decided that the would refund me the amenity fees for my stay. After two weeks I have yet to receive the refund. If they do decide to send the refund I will update this review. So in summary the location is good, but the experience has been very poor. With the added hidden fees, the nightly rate is not as good as it looks. Save your time and stay somewhere else. Or at the very least stay with a different host at this location, one that doesn’t try to hide the actual nightly rate.

I wouldn't stay here again. There is never anyone at the front desk. We never could get a bill at check out. We just looked at our credit card, and had ridiculous charges. We did book room 312 after we checked in because the room is too small for 4 people. I think we had other people charging to our room. I saw a snow board checked in at the valet with room 412, and told the front desk. I think they were charging to our room. I left a message for the finance dept to call me, and noone called me back. I made two requests for a summary of charges with no success. the shower basin looked like it wasn't cleaned when we checked in.

We enjoyed our stay at the Yotel. We came to Utah for a ski trip, so we didn't spend much time in our room. The room was clean but small, but it served our purpose well. It came equipped with everything we needed. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, this may not be the place for you. Again, it is very small. Two improvements are: 1) Please provide directions for how the beds fold down and that the coffee table can lower. 2) Please make guests aware that the only coffee maker is a Nespresso which requires certain pods.
