About this property

WALKABLE to restaurants! Home away from home provides a large living space with lots of space perfect for large groups or even smaller groups with TWO separate living rooms. Approx 3500 sq ft. The home boasts luxurious finishes incl. exposed beam ceiling, fireplace, screen porch with outdoor fireplace & patio and granite countertops.

The main house sleeps 16 people with each living room includes pullout queen sleeper couches and twin sleeper chairs. SMART TVs (stream Netflix, Hulu) in each room to enjoy your own shows or watch together in the living room. The home has exquisite pine-wood floors. PLEASE NOTE the 5th room is not in the main house and is in the carriage house -ONLY for reservations with guest w/ more than 16. May be available for separate fee if smaller group.

Great walkable area two blocks from bars and restaurants. A close 5 mile ride to downtown, Inman park, Virginia Highlands and more. If you're looking for a home away from home this is it.

The Wedding Rental

We were in Atlanta for our daughters wedding which took place at her house a few blocks away from this rental, we ended up with about 13 adults in this home, some for just a few days, some for a couple weeks and everything was great. The kitchen was a great gathering place for everyone, we really enjoyed our stay.

Good choice for ATL

An emergency required us to leave another rental and the host/owner was most accommodating to our party with everything incl check-in and out. Great property with ample room for the whole fam and in a quiet and diverse neighborhood. Close to all we needed to do in ATL - shopping and attractions. Definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed the stay. The house was big enough for our group and it was close to restaurants and bars. It's located within the city so nothing it too far away.
