Average place for a fair price, but not 4 bedrooms

Good things = The house is in a good location for getting to area golf and spring training. The price is fair for a no frills experience. Host is a prompt communicator. We were behind schedule checking out and the host was very accommodating. Needs improvement = The house is 3 bedrooms, not the listed 4. The house sleeps 8 but there's not enough of the hodge-podge kitchenware to serve 8 people at a time. Minor maintenance is lacking, e.g. burned out or missing lightbulbs, sliding doors that are very hard to open. I was not able to access the arrival/check-in/checkout instructions on the VRBO site. I don't know if that was the site or me.

I'd stay here again.

The thing I really appreciate is the accuracy of the description of the place. We were there with 5 folks and the ad indicated that we would each have our own bed and that was correct. A king bed and queen bed in the master bedroom with en suite. A second room with two twins. The third bedroom had a queen bed. This is a full house so if you want to cook, you can do that. The back yard is a big putting green so you can totally hang out and do that. The exercise room addition has a few pieces of equipment to use. We didn't use any TV or internet so I can't tell you about that. The one thing to make sure to do is have your directions correct for getting there. My waze app changed the address from "drive" to "avenue". So when we first "arrived" there was no house at the avenue location. In this area, back to back streets have the same name, but will be either "Drive", "Avenue", or "Lane". So make sure your directions app has it correct. When I went to the address with drive, the house was easy to find. The lockbox is on the screen door for easy access to get the key and check in.

Nice long weekend

Stayed with 5 adults, good space for everyone. Back yard is great, nice neighborhood, convenient to many things.

Cleaning refund?

This house was ok as far as accommodations but not okay as far as cleanliness. The floors hadn't been swept, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, there was garbage under the beds, there was dog hair on the sheets, the garbages didn't have can liners in them, and there were dishes still in the dish washer that the previous occupants had washed but weren't put away. We liked the location but wished it had been cleaned better.
