The villa welcomes you with a large foyer that leads into an open concept living/dining room with soaring ceilings over 30' high. The dining room accommodates all guests, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your chef to prepare your breakfast or dinner at the villa if you choose. Or select one of the more than 2 dozen bars & restaurants with varied and excellent cuisine. Royal Villas have elegant interior decorations and bedrooms with plush king and queen beds and private luxurious bathrooms. Two sets of sliding doors from the main floor lead out to a covered deck with a large round table for outdoor dining or perhaps playing games and a comfy sitting area to lay back and enjoy the mountain views. Down the stairs from the deck is the private pool and gazebo area with BBQ. There are plenty of loungers around the pool with umbrellas for shade. A powder room by the gazebo and outdoor shower make it easy to enjoy the outdoors without running indoors as often. All accommodations are equipped with air-conditioning, overhead fans, flat screen TVs with cable, and WiFi. A personal maid, personal butler, and in-house chef add the crowning touch to these exclusive accommodations. You will receive daily maid service throughout the villa and the kitchen is restocked with bottled water, soft drinks, juice and beer. With your paid all-inclusive fee, you will also have a chef come cook breakfast to your specifications each morning (if you want) as part of your VIP treatment or you have the option to dine at one of several international buffets. You can even ride to all the attractions/restaurants/bars in your complimentary golf cart (subject to availability). Airport transfers are also included, so all you must worry about is getting there! A Lifestyle representative will meet you at the airport, either Puerto Plata (POP) or Santiago (STI) who will whisk you to the resort to begin your awesome vacation! No rental car needed. Villas are designed to provide maximum relaxation in a lavish environment. Snacks, sodas, water, and beer will be delivered to your Villa. Alcoholic beverages may be requested and picked up by our guests.
As my guest, you’ll have privileged use of over two dozen VIP restaurants, VIP lite fare bars, al a carte restaurant, international buffets, and a variety of fast foods. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at beaches, bars, and restaurants are included. International, Italian, Asian and Caribbean dishes are available. There is never a dull moment at the resort so feel free to have as much fun as possible! You will likely make a return visit because there is just so much to do. Whether you want to indulge in it all or do nothing at all, you’ll find your piece of paradise here. Everyone will love it here; there is something for everyone to do on property and around the resort. There are numerous activities to make certain everyone has their own version of a great time!
Ground transportation included from POP airport (Puerto Plata airport) to the resort upon arrival and back to the airport at departure. Shuttle service is available on demand, upon your request, 24 hours a day to take you to anywhere you'd like on the resort.
FEES
This rental package includes the rental of a 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7-bedroom Royal Villa, VIP van transfer and from Puerto Plata airport, a golf cart, and access to VIP member areas on the resort. The daily all-inclusive and resort fees are payable to Lifestyles upon arrival. Fees are payable upon arrival in cash or credit card only and include the all-inclusive fee, mandatory supplemental holiday gala fee, and resort fee.
All-inclusive is $150 per adult per day. Fees are payable upon arrival in cash or credit card only and are in addition to the service fees (villa, VRBO, and taxes). The all-inclusive fee is non-refundable. Should you decide to depart the resort prior to your departure date you will not receive a refund.
There is a mandatory supplemental fee for all guests for the nights of December 24th & 31st for each event.
Resort fee for villas is $25 per adult per night, $12.50 per 3-11 year old child per night, and $0 for children 0-2.
All fees (all-inclusive, mandatory supplemental holiday gala, and resort) are reduced for children. Children under the age of 3 are free and children 3 to 11 are $60 per child per day.
Golf Cart Pick-Up
For golf cart collection, the lead passenger must visit the golf cart center between 3 PM and 6 PM on the day of arrival. A valid driver’s license must be presented, and a disclaimer must be signed. If arriving after 6 PM, the golf cart can be collected the following day after 9 AM. A deposit of $100 (cash) must be paid at the time of signing the Golf Cart contract and is fully refundable when the golf cart is returned prior to check-out.
ACTIVITIES
Our guests enjoy their own private section for relaxing, sunbathing, drinking, and enjoying an afternoon snack. Many complimentary activities are available for your enjoyment. At the VIP beaches, you can snorkel, kayak, wind surf or ride the waves on a boogie board. Inland, you can play a giant-sized game of chess, basketball, tennis, or volleyball. Hit the gym, jog on the track, or stretch and strengthen with yoga, tai chi, or water aerobics. Take introductory dance lessons. Family friendly to include a Kid's Corner with a bunch of activities. Two supervised areas are available for guests traveling with children. They offer a playground, wading pools, mini-disco, and age-appropriate activities. Ocean World is just five minutes from the resort. Swim with dolphins, watch sea lions dance merengue, and experience paradise here on earth. Nightly shows and nightclub are available for your entertainment. For an additional fee, the Xtreme Sports Zone offers pickleball, paintball, archery, trampolines, and minigolf. The Los Mangos executive golf course is nearby. Two spas, a casino, beauty salon, and duty-free shopping are onsite. WiFi hotspots are available on the resort. The excursion center has a variety of day and half-day excursions allowing you to experience this tropical island, learn about its history, or experience once-in-a-lifetime adventures.
