Come vacation on 36 private acres with beautiful mountain views of Colorado’s fourteeners. The Little Cotchetopa Creek winds through the property year round with trout. Enjoy a soak under the stars in the large hot tub on the wrap-around second story deck.

This 2744 sq.ft. home has four-bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The home features two bright and spacious living areas. The open kitchen and dining area are well appointed with everything you might need.

The home is centrally located 15 miles from Monarch Ski Mountain, 9 miles from historic Salida and the Arkansas River. The entire Arkansas Valley is scattered with scenic hiking and mountain biking trails and great fishing! The house is minutes from full grocery stores, nice restaurants, local wineries and breweries.

The house has a television with a dvd player, and high speed internet. No satellite/cable service.

During snow season front wheel/four-wheel drive vehicles or vehicle chains may be required.

Your cleaning fee includes $1,500.00 in accidental damage protection.

Two outdoor security cameras are mounted on the property.

Lovely Place

Very nice place, extremely clean, great floor plan, very nice beds and pillows. Just an overall great place to stay. Seven of us thoroughly loved it and the hosts were great. We got nearly two feet of snow in two days and thankfully, they had a party hired to clear the driveway. Highly recommend this place. One of the nicest we have stayed in, in this area.

Amazing property!

Loved the location and proximity to Monarch Mountain. This house had plenty of space for my family and I during our stay and the host was very responsive. I would love to stay again in the future when skiing Monarch.

Wow!! This is an amazing home located near Monarch Mountain, Poncha Springs, and Salida. We were amazed how secluded we felt, yet so close to everything!! The homeowner Courtney was amazing with communication and made sure our stay was great!! I can’t begin to list everything you’ll Love.. Huge spacious home, very large Hot tub on the massive deck that wraps the entire front and sides of the home with incredible views!! Large living area that joins with the dining area and kitchen made it great for everyone to hang out and not be separated by walls. Cozy beds, linens, well appointed Kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Jetted tub in the primary bedroom, washer and dryer, and of course the Pool Table!! We are already planning our next stay!! Pictures do not do this place justice, it is a must see!! 5 Star for sure! Thanks, Chris
