The Indian Springs gated golf-course community is conveniently located near La Quinta and Indian Wells in Indio, California. From the exciting Indio golf/horse community, there is nearby La Quinta shopping, Indian Wells dining, Palm Desert/El Paseo dining and shopping, and less than 10 miles further you can experience the artistic and laid-back cultures of Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs. With an open, public golf course, guests may pay to play on a round-by-round basis, with player cards, or memberships. Be entertained at The Big Rock Pub on the golf course's 18th green for a memorable dining, drinking, and music experience while you enjoy fantastic sunset views by the fire pit or a game of pool.

This is California desert-chillin at its best! Furnished as a golfers dream get-away--including golf-cart--this home is open and airy with a view of the 7th tee. Entry is via a private courtyard and the open floorplan consists of tiled floors in the main living areas with a gas fireplace between the living and dining spaces. Excellent Property w/ Opportunity to Be Even Better

PROS: The place is very nice. It’s well laid out, has a great spa and a nice golf course view from the back patio. Indian Springs is a nice community. Property management was very responsive when things needed addressed. Jan & Alex we’re especially good. CONS: The house was not completely ready for rental when we arrived. Several issues needed to be addressed. (I gave a detailed list to the property manager). I think it’s probably because we were the first commercial rental in a while. Thankfully , they were very responsive and resolved them quickly. I would not expect these issues to be repeated for future rentals, and, based on that. we would rent this property again.
