Spacious Bungalow in Downtown Madison!

It's time to getaway to Madison!! Located on Main Street in downtown Madison, you are just blocks from the Ohio River, & all that is happening on Main St. Near the Hillside Inn and 5 blocks from where the shops and dining begin. Exact address is provided within 48 hours of your arrival date. The home will comfortably sleep four, with a queen bed in each of the bedrooms. Full bath is off of the main bedroom. Please note that there are security cameras on the exterior of the property. Also, you will receive entry instructions in your VRBO app, or account within 48 hours of your stay.

As you enter the side door you may notice the floor feels a hollow. This is not a trap door as some guests have claimed, it is nothing that horror movies are made of. It’s the access to the cellar which houses the mechanicals. This is how the homes were built in that time period.

Living room features a 75" smart tv with streaming capabilities. You'll also find an electric fireplace/entertainment center which houses playing cards, games and DVD's. There is a step up from living room to the kitchen.

The fully stocked kitchen also has salt/pepper/spices/cooking spray and olive oil should you need it. The coffee bar has regular/decaf and coffee beans, as well as Kcups and Tea bags. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, closet with hangars, a dresser, smart tv's and dvd players. You will need to use your own streaming service accounts.There is also a desk in the larger bedroom, as well as a laundry room off of the Main Bedroom. There is a step up into the larger bedroom from the hall/side entry.

There is parking off the alley behind the home for two vehicles. You can walk around Madison. We also offer a gas powered golf cart on site for your use. We just ask that you return it in the condition you found it in, and ensure you replace the cover and the wheel lock before your departure.

There are 3 Alexa Echo Dots in the home that we use to stream music and control lights. If for some reason you aren't comfortable with them being in the home, please advise before your arrival so that they are removed for your stay.
