This luxurious, family-friendly home on a private lake is the solution to all of your problems and makes a great retreat to escape to! Enjoy terrific views of Verna Lake from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and spacious, open deck. The deck is a great space to gather and enjoy the outdoors with plenty of patio chairs, a gas grill, and a convenient outdoor dining area to enjoy all of your meals al fresco. Another great spot is the firepit - don't hesitate to snuggle up with your favorite blanket while the storyteller of the group amuses everyone in the group with amazing stories and tales.

Back inside, this gem is all about elegant rustic charm. Yes, that's a thing! Let the wooded interior charm you with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows facing the lake and deck, and wood and stone accents here and there. Your eyes may be diverted straight to the gorgeous stone fireplace and we can't blame you. The kitchen has been equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware to make cooking a breeze - we advise you to stock up on groceries and goodies before arriving. You may never want to leave and the home's secluded location may not make it easy to find nearby restaurants. The dining table seats nine with two leaves under the table and extra chairs in the closet and the breakfast bar offers three more spots. The family room is all about entertainment with a large flatscreen Smart TV with streaming services–there's no need to miss your favorite series now! This space also features plenty of comfortable furniture, a sound system, and a wine fridge.

Dock details: Roughly 150 feet from the house, 90 foot long deck, private, no fees, swimming allowed, no boat launch but there is a public boat landing.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
