Welcome to The Hunter's Moon Hideaway executive retreat.

The Hunter's Moon Hideaway log cabin was built in 2018-2019 and has been designed from the ground up to provide outdoor enthusiasts with all of the comforts and amenities of home while enjoying the beauty of the North Cascades.

This energy-efficient cabin features heated concrete floors, on demand hot water, a gourmet kitchen, and a no maintenance propane stove on the main level. After playing on the slopes or in the woods, enjoy a soak in the European soaking tub (with a hand-shower to rinse off), take a hot tub, or lounge in the beanbag chairs while watching a movie on the flat screen LCD TV.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately the cabin is not setup for pets nor children (historic art on walls, brand new construction, etc). Sadly this is a non negotiable rule as part of the shared ownership arrangement over which we have no control.

When you get tired, sleep in one of the two queen size beds, or retreat to the loft upstairs where you will find a king size bed, reading nook, and en-suite bathroom that features a rain shower head in the ceiling.

Enjoy breakfast or dinner at the specially designed counter while you prepare your meals in the well appointed chef's kitchen equipped with a gas stove and oven, and built-in microwave.

If you need to get a few hours of work in, you'll find a secluded desk space in the back bedroom with a flat screen monitor and WiFi high-speed internet (Frontier DSL with StarLink as a backup).

Should the power go out, don't despair. The cabin is already partially powered by its solar panels and the propane stove will keep you warm while the generator in the shed will power the appliances. In November, an automatic propane powered backup generator and transfer switch will be installed, along with an EV charging station for plug-in hybrid and EV car owners.

PLEASE NOTE: This BRAND NEW executive cabin is filled with historic art, hand-stained wood, hand-cut metal railings, and has been meticulously maintained for your enjoyment and comfort. Please respect the house rules. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside, and please do not bring pets or children inside. Thank you.
