Beautiful home & perfect location

Joy and Tom have a beautiful home with all the necessities. The pictures are exactly how we found the home when we arrived. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The location is perfect with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and several beaches along Siesta Key. It was very convenient to walk to Crescent beach and they have 4 beach chairs that came in handy. They also have a couple of bikes that we enjoyed to explore the neighbourhood. The pool is heated-an added bonus. They were available during our booking process and after to answer any of our questions. Our stay was very positive and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Sarasota.

It has always been a lifelong dream to own a place on Florida's west coast! The glistening blue water and beautiful white sand is what made us fall in love with the area. We are happy to share our little piece of paradise with you to discover all things that Siesta Key has to offer.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We love this property because it is close to everything. A short drive or walk and you can do whatever you desire. Soak up the sun, grab some cocktails, listen to music, shop in Siesta Village. We love this place : It's a small, quaint community that consists of 15 townhomes and wonderful people.

What makes this property unique

Our community is on a quiet street but close to everything. You are close enough to the action, but just far enough to revel in the peace and quiet. There are three private outdoor seating areas at our home: one off of the dining area in the front of the unit, the back lanai which is two steps to the pool, and the upstairs balcony off of the bedroom where you can watch the sunrise or sunset.
