BEACHSIDE property steps from the sugary sands and spectacular sunsets! This beachy home has an amazing location directly on Belleair Beach with full access to a private beach that offers unbelievable views of the Gulf and no crowds. New roof, skylights, and siding 2021. The home has everything you might need. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs and a full 1 bedroom one bath apartment upstairs. A connecting staircase adjoins both units. The lower unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with flat-screen tv, an electric fireplace, and an adjacent full guest bath. The main bedroom offers, flat screen tv and a private full bath. There is a separate walk-in closet/storage room with all you need for the beach (chairs, floats etc). The additional cozy den/bedroom has a murphy bed. There is an inside laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and plenty of towels. The upper unit features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, flat screen tv and a full bath. Upper deck offers views of the Gulf and spectacular sunsets. Connect all your electronics to the free wifi. Enjoy the salt air sitting on the large deck offering tables with umbrellas and a charcoal grill.
This area has a lot to offer. Clearwater Beach is minutes away with all the local restaurants, attractions, marina, and famous Pier 60.

Bohemian beach cottage

We stayed at this bohemian beach cottage for our mini family reunion. We absolutely loved our time there. The proximity to the beach and the beach amenities available for our children and adults alike made our “staycay” so much fun. The home is my definition of a true beach cottage. I’m quite partial to Nantucket (a favorite holiday haunt of yesteryears) and seeing 3 prints of the rainbow fleet started off our time with good memories. We hope to be back for a repeat stay. We loved making memories at your beach cottage, thank you. M. Hickman

Great Beach + Area

Loved the location, small little beach, more private than most, but still quite a few people. The house is about 2 buildings back from the beach, so no view really but an easy 3 minute barefoot walk straight to beach. Easy to order food for delivery. Only downside was really no info checking in, no binder etc so had to message to ask where things were. Little things missing like toilet paper, no trash bags, had to bug the owner for. No dishwasher, felt badly leaving the sink full. Owner communication wasn't super fast, but we didn't have any emergencies so ended up being ok. Very cute decor and fun antiques that I appreciated! The upstairs unit is really new and nice! AC worked amazingly too!!
