We welcome you in our cozy, modern 110 square meter ground floor apartment in Scheffau in Tyrol. The apartment is located on a dead end about 300m to slopes / mountain railway and therefore the entry into the SKI and hiking area Wilder Kaiser Brixen Valley. The apartment has a beautiful large living room with fireplace, sauna, 1 rentable bedroom + 1 rentable children's room, with bunk beds (140 x 200 cm + 80 x 200 cm) and desk and CD player. 2 bathrooms (1 only with shower + sink), extra guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, small washing machine, satellite TV, DVD player, Bose music system for iPhone devices, board games, ski storage, underground parking, terrace, and garden. The apartment is completely covered with parquet (except bathrooms + entrance = stone) and has underfloor heating. Shutters in all rooms. Fly screens on the bedroom windows. Wi-Fi is available. Ski cellar + underground parking belong to the apartment.

Skiurlaub Scheffau

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, außerordentlich sauber und sehr nah zum Skilift. Kommunikation war auch perfekt.

Ruim en net appartement vlakbij lift

Heerlijk verblijf bij skivakantie. Na skien in de sauna. Mooie complete keuken. Genoeg kastruimte. En fijne vloerverwarming. Uitzicht op stukje dalafdaling. Verbinding met dorp wordt beter nu er gebouwd wordt aan tunnel van de weg.

Wohnung sehr schön, Baustelle erschreckend

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war alles da was man braucht und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Allerdings ist die Baustelle vor der Tür etwas erschreckend. Es gibt nur eine Unterführung die ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist und der Weg über die Straße ist so gut wie nicht zu schaffen und sehr gefährlich mit Kindern. Wir haben uns aber davon nicht stören lassen und den Urlaub sehr genossen.
