It is located separately on the land of the landlord in a quiet residential area.   The Leipzig bathing area and the Franzosenbadestelle are within walking distance in a few minutes and offer fun and relaxation on Lake Krakow.  On 40 m² of floor space, the suitable for 2 persons cottage has a living room, a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower / WC and a storage room. The lovingly furnished 40 m² house consists of 2 rooms with separate sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom.    The comfortable living room has a comfortable couch with armchair and for entertainment TV and radio. The bedroom has two separate beds, but can be put together on request. The small but fine kitchen has a stove with three hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and oven. The bathroom is equipped with shower / WC.   Relax! Outside, the terrace with garden furniture and a lawn for a relaxing atmosphere.   A parking lot is located on the quiet one-way street in front of the property.   Included in the total travel price: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, bicycles for 2 persons

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
