This lovingly furnished two-room apartment with a size of 39 sqm is located in the 1st. Floor and offers all the comfort you desire for your vacation. The for west-facing living room has a modern couch corner (with sleep function 160 x 200) and a dining area for 4 people. Flat TV and radio are standard. The separate full kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave etc.. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200) and enough cupboard space. In functional bathroom (no window), see toilet / WC and shower. Two balconies to the west, you or from living can enter bedroom, invite you to linger. The parking space is located at the house and the apartment assigned. Washing machine, dryer and a Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit are in the basement.   Please note that according to the house rules only pets up to a maximum height of 30 cm are allowed.

 The "Villa Caprivi" impresses with its quiet and exclusive location right on the promenade. After just 50m you can easily reach the beach access in front of the property and can look far to the Baltic Sea.   From the accommodation you can comfortably reach the Heringsdorf pier, the lively town center or the popular theater "Chapeau Rouge" in about 10 minutes. In about 150m distance invites the "Bakery Thiel" in Delbrückstraße for a tasty and invigorating start to the holiday morning. Next to it is the Gasthof "Schmiedehaus", if you like to dine heartily in the immediate vicinity. Other restaurants are within walking distance along the promenade both towards Heringsdorf and towards Ahlbeck.   A washing machine and a dryer are available on the ground floor (utility room) for a fee. Your own or borrowed bicycles can be accommodated on the property in a covered parking space.   Each apartment is 1 parking space on the property available, which is labeled with the appropriate apartment number.   Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival.
