Single level, waterfront home with private dock and a fantastic pool! Located in a quiet residential community on north end of Longboat Key. The home itself is spectacular. Everything has been recently remodeled and works like new. 3 spacious bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms. Huge, fully screened back patio with tons of comfy seating provides ample space for indoor/outdoor living. Private dock, with spectacular view. 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach on Longboat Key. Worlds greatest sunsets!

All the rooms are flooded with natural light from an abundance of windows. Gleaming quartz countertops and mediterranean style terrazzo floors. This home features super comfy memory foam beds and high quality, crisp, clean linens. Chef's kitchen with huge center island, stainless appliances and a wine/beer chiller to keep your beverages at perfect temperature.

Back yard features huge PGA putting green (golf equipment provided), BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and fire pit for sitting around at night roasting marshmallows. Direct water access from your private dock at the quiet end of the extra wide saltwater canal. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine by the water with frequent visits from manatees, egrets and pelicans.

The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful they call it Sleepy Lagoon. Your front door is literally 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful powder sugar sand beach on Longboat Key. The neighbors are super friendly and accommodating. Fantastic restaurants, grocery stores, dog park, health club and eclectic boutiques all within 5-10 minutes drive. Once you've stayed here, you won't want to go anyplace else!

Amazing Memories

Everything we needed was available with this rental. It was in the perfect location, the check in and out was seamless, the communication with the owner was amazing, and the accommodations were everything we needed. My favorite part of the house was the screened in porch. The kids loved swimming in the pool and fishing off the private dock. Will definitely be renting this next time we visit Longboat Key.

Overall a good stay

The road noise in morning was quite loud. The pool was mostly shaded all day. Need to replace barbecue.

LOVED Longboat Breeze

Highly recommend this property. The house was well supplied with everyday necessities. A few small problems were expediently rectified by the property managers. The house is beautiful and true to the on-line photos. Had a wonderful vacation at Longboat Breeze.

Longboat Key is absolutely wonderful. It is quiet, peaceful, without the traffic and crowds of Siesta Key or Lido Key. It has an upscale feel with beautiful resorts, restaurants, and landscaping. The beach has white sand and beautiful aquamarine water.
