About this property

Spacious, quiet home just a few minutes from Canyon Lake. Bring the whole family for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy playing ping pong, watching the deer, or enjoying a cup of Jo while gazing at the lake from the dining area. There are 3 sleeping areas. The bunk beds are twin/double. The master is huge with nice modern décor throughout. You will have all the luxuries of home. There are plenty of pots/pans, dishes, coffee supplies, a BBQ area, and more. Head over to your favorite boat ramp or lake area restaurant in just minutes. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful views.

This is a NON SMOKING property. There will be a $500 fee charged if we find that there has been smoking here. Early check-in may be accommodated if possible. A fee of $50 will be charged for an early check-in time.

Due to incidents in the past no pets are allowed on this property.

Refunds will not be given due to power outages, the internet being down due to weather, or other circumstances out of our control. By booking our space you agree to not write a negative review if these issues occur that are out of our control. WE are quick to address any possible issues so your stay will be awesome!

Wonderful Hosts

The property is roomy and nice for a family trip. The host are very gracious and accommodating. We had great communication, even when a situation happened. Thank you for a lovely location and all that was done. We had a great trip.

Lovely house/Nice location

Super clean, great communication with the owners. The neighborhood was quiet with lots of deer. It’s tucked away from anything busy but we know and love the area and knew what to expect. Gruene is 25 minutes away and a fun stop on our way home from our activities and family visits. I highly recommend this rental.
