Get ready to be properly spoiled in this stunning home located in Points West, an exclusive townhome community on the Seventh Mountain Resort! This fun getaway backs to Widgi Creek's 16th fairway and faces two large ponds. From the back deck, you can see geese and eagles overhead and a host of two and four-legged mammals enjoying the high desert forest of tall ponderosa pine trees and the naturally landscaped golf course!

This bright and well-appointed home includes a large great room with a massive stone fireplace, high ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen with a Wolf gas range, and three accommodating primary suites. The den features a very comfortable queen-size pull-down bed as well that will provide even more sleeping space for larger groups to enjoy. With such an open layout, there will be no trouble entertaining the whole family with ease. Be sure to step out to the back deck and watch the last light of day dip behind towering trees as you soak in the private hot tub!

Points West is not part of the Seventh Mountain Resort so you will not have access to the resort's pools, spa, workout center, etc. However, many of the resort's activities are open to the public for free or a fee. These include white-water rafting, disc golf, equestrian activities, ice-skating in the winter, and roller-blading in the summer (skates available for rent). The trailhead for the Deschutes River trail is also just a block away when you're craving some much-needed fresh air in the great outdoors.

Security camera details: This home has two outdoor cameras; one faces the road and the other faces the golf course ponds. These are positioned so as to maintain guest privacy on the deck and at the spa.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
