The holiday apartment is about 51 square meters, has a maximum of 2 adults and was very loving, modern and comfortably furnished. About a separate entrance with wardrobe and storage is accessed via a wooden staircase to the upper floor of the house in which the apartment is located. In the spacious living room has a couch and chair and table, a modern TV set and a radio with CD player. Here is also a dining table with chairs.   The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator. The sleeping room is reached via a wooden staircase. Here is a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps. On arrival fresh towels are provided and the beds are of course already covered with linen. The large bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin and has daylight.  The apartment has also a large garden terrace with garden furniture.

Welcome to the beautiful Binz!Our modern furnished holiday apartment is quietly situated in the southeast of the island of Ruegen in the famous Binz, amid the UNESCO biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen. It is located in a newly built detached house in the first Floor with separate entrance. The sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is only about 1 500 m. From us you can reach easily and quickly many hiking and cycling, as well as the promenade along the old seaside villas. The holiday apartment is about 51 square meters, has a maximum of 2 adults and was very loving and comfortable furnishings.
