A beautiful large Non smoking rental with a nice sunny balcony for 2 to 6 people (incl. Two young children up to 3 years) awaits you. The 72 m2 large 3-room apartment is on the first OG of an apartment building and is modern and comfortable. Their quiet location right on the edge of a small forest, you can enjoy your vacation thoroughly and have breakfast on the large balcony in peace. Garden furniture and parasol we will of course ready for you. The historic center of Zinnowitz, the most versatile coastal resort of Usedom, you still just a few minutes. You will find a spacious bathroom bathroom has a bath, separate shower and toilet. The living room has a wall unit with TV and radio and a large circular sofa that converts into a bed (suitable for an adult. Or 2 children up to 14 years) invites or to enjoy the evening finale. The living room is combined with a kitchenette. The kitchen also has a dining area for 6 people and a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, 4-burner stove with oven, toaster, etc. Down the hall you get into a small through room with 2 comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a bed. You'll also find a second TV and access to the balcony. On the other hand you get from there to the bedroom with a high-quality electrically adjustable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Are you traveling with small children, so you can 2 travel cots are provided (max. 3 years) and 2 high chairs available free of charge. Linen is however for this to be brought along. The parking for your car is right on the property. If you travel with two cars, you can also use the edge area on the road.
