Quiet cul-de-sac in beautiful Bella Vista. We are a quiet couple that live in the upstairs of the house. Accommodations may be made prior to reservation on kitchen and washer/dryer privileges. Please note: this property is not "small child" friendly, as it sits on the edge of a "holler". Property is not fenced and not considered safe for small children playing outside. Please note this also is a pet approved property. Pet must be crate trained if you plan on leaving them at the property while you are gone. Access to site is down a sloped sidewalk around the house and into the lower level of the property. That is why it isn't not Disabled friendly because the sidewalk is steep going to the entrance. Automatic motion sensor lights to light the way.

This property is in the heart of Bella Vista's renowned Bike Trail system in Northwest Arkansas. Address is less than .5 miles to the Back Forty trail. Bicyclists are welcome to bring their bicycles inside at night to secure them. Property is 10 minutes from I49 and 15 minutes away from beautiful Bentonville, AR and all the amenities that are available there.

Parking on left hand side of the garage only! Parking on the right side is "tow away" zone. Owner has to have access to the right hand side of the garage. This is a small walk out basement area accessed from a sloped sidewalk down the left hand side of the house with a private entrance. 2 queen sized beds and a private bathroom with TV, microwave, two coffee makers (coffee supplied), small refrigerator and toaster. All linens (sheets, blankets and towels). Small electric grill on the deck with grill tools and paper plates, disposable silverware, etc. Bottled water supplied.
