This cozy, modern apartment is located on the ground floor and has a northwest facing terrace to the courtyard / parking. The bright living room with its cozy couch invites you to relax. The dining area for 4 people and the modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine p. p are also integrated in the living space. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with separate mattresses and sufficient closet space, the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The car parking space (outdoor parking space) is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the basement.

The exclusive location near the beach promenade and the picturesque Schloonsee completes the dreamlike Baltic Sea holiday. Suitable for people with mobility problems: An elevator takes you comfortably from the underground car park level to the desired apartment level. After about 10 minutes on foot you reach from your apartment the Bansiner pier and the lively town center with concert area, dining options and various shops. If you appreciate peace in idyllic nature, leisurely walks on and around the Schloonsee are just the thing. After about 5 minutes you will reach the paths that lead to the water. Your own or rented bicycles can be accommodated in a separate bike room protected directly in the "House Atlantic". Each apartment is 1 parking space in the garage, in the courtyard or on the street. Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation. Please note that the performance of internet connections on the island of Usedom may not be up to your usual level. Alles in allem war es sehr schön und wie beschrieben, mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Wände (Schlafzimmer) könnten einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen, ein Geschirrhandtuch fanden wir zu wenig, Abzug im Bad sehr staubig Und das Wlan war sehr sehr begrenzt ( für Kids der Weltuntergang :) )

Tolles Apartment bei geringer Service-Leistung durch die Firma Brise

Das Appartment ist super gelegen, auch wenn uns der beworbene Strandblick - Paterre in der 2. Reihe - fehlte. Doch das Apparment, welches für 2 Personen ist perfekte Größe hat, ist praktisch und komfortabel eingerichtet. An Küchen- und Badausstattung ist alles zur Genüge vorhanden, was im Inserat benannt ist. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, auch wenn erst mein Onkel uns telefonisch über den Einwählvorgang aufgeklären konnte. Allerdings geht der Servicegedanke der Firma Brise über die im Mietpreis inbegriffenen bzw. die gegen Aufpreis hinzu buchbare Leistungen nicht hinaus. So wurde die kostenfreie Nutzung des ÖPNV nur nebenbei erwähnt. Fahrpläne und Haltestelleninformationen konnten uns trotz Nachfrage nicht ausgehändigt werden und das obwohl die Haltestelle Heringsdorf Kanal nur etwa 100m vom Appartmentkomplex in Bansin entfernt liegt. Stattdessen wurde uns ein Taxi angeboten. Daran besonders ärgerlich ist, dass wir für den gesamten Check-in-Prozess in der Geschäftstelle in Heringsdorf vorstellig werden mußten, obwohl wir in Bansin untergebracht waren. Auch fehlte in der Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise der einfach Hinweis, dass der 31.10. - unser Anreisetag - in Meck-Pomm Feiertag ist und sämtliche Lebensmittelgeschäfte entsprechend gar nicht oder nur verkürzt geöffnet haben. In Bansin ist dann die Beschilderung/Beschreibung zum Eingang des Komplexes irreführend, da dieser nicht - wie angegeben - an der Strandpromenade 2 zu finden ist sondern in der hinter dem Appartmentkomplex liegenden Bergstraße, was wir auch ganz allein herausfinden durften. Doch trotz des umständlichen Check-in-Vorgangs, der im Zuge der Möglichkeiten des 21. Jahrhunderts dringend nachgebessert gehört, hatte wir 5 wunderschöne Tage in einem behaglichen Urlaubs-Zuhause, in welches wir nach ausgiebigen Erkundungstouren durch die drei Kaiserbäder Bansin-Heringsdorf-Ahlbeck gern zurückkehrten.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Sehr schön und modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung - einzig ein Mikrowelle wäre noch schön gewesen. Die Lage ist sehr strandnah und strategisch günstig an der Grenze zwischen Bansin und Heringsdorf gelegen, so dass man in beiden Richtungen in 10 -15 min. Restaurants zu Fuß ansteuern kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne Fewo - ganz nah am Strand

Sehr saubere und modern (Ikea) eingerichtete Wohnung! Alles da, was man braucht, einschließlich Backofen und 4- Platten-Cerankochfeld und Spülmaschine. Genug Geschirr und Kochgeschirr- wirklich sehr gut! Nur der Sonnenschirm ist nicht mehr benutzbar, aber Sonne gibt es auf der Terrasse auch nur morgens. Die Lage innerhalb eines eng bebauten Wohnkomplexes ist nicht so schön, aber das steht auch in der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten.

Sehr schöne moderne gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung in Strandnähe.

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und umfassend eingerichtet. Wir haben dazu noch sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter gehabt und haben schöne Tage am Strand erlebt und viele Spaziergänge und Radtouren gemacht. Wir haben uns immer wieder darauf gefreut in unser zeitweiliges Zuhause zurück zu kehren. Ein Stellplatz ist vorhanden und auch unsere beiden Fahrräder haben einen Platz im Fahrradkeller gefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
