The large aligned to the promenade furnished balcony overlooking the sea is from the living room accessible. The master bedroom has a double bed and ample closet space. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet. The parking is located in the underground garage and the apartment assigned. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.
